Recommended Timing by Lash Type:

• Extremely Damaged: STEP1 5–8 min / STEP2 5–7 min (may require repair due to loss of elasticity)

• Damaged: STEP1 8–10 min / STEP2 5–7 min (weakened by frequent treatments or daily habits)

• Normal: STEP1 10–13 min / STEP2 7–10 min (average thickness and elasticity)

• Healthy: STEP1 13–15 min / STEP2 7–10 min (strong and dense lashes)

• Strong: STEP1 15–18 min / STEP2 7–10 min (thick and firm lashes that are difficult to curl)

• Very Strong: STEP1 18–20 min / STEP2 10–15 min (extremely thick, stiff lashes resistant to perming)
