How to Use (3.0)

1. Apply an appropriate amount after Step 2 or after tinting

2. Cover with wrap or perm paper to prevent moisture evaporation and enhance absorption

3. Leave on for 3–5 minutes

• For severely damaged lashes: reapply a second layer and leave for 5–10 minutes

4. Gently wipe off with a cotton swab or wet tissue
